View a Gift Card

To view the details and configuration properties of a Gift Card:

  1. Select Transactions from the top navigation bar, then select Gift Cards > Gift Cards from the side navigation menu. The Gift Cards screen is displayed.

  2. Search for and select the desired Gift Card (see Search for a Gift Card for more information on the available search options). The Gift Card Details screen is displayed.

  1. The header and the tabs on this screen allow you to view various configuration details. See below for details on each of these areas.

The header area of the Gift Card Details screen displays many of the high-level properties of this Gift Card, including its auto-reload status, type, balance, and Gift Card Class. For more information on editing these properties, see Edit Gift Card Properties.

Also from the header area, you can delete a Gift Card. See Delete a Gift Card for more information.

If a Gift Card has been linked to a Member Profile, the Member's name and ID is displayed at the top of the Gift Card Details screen, next to the Gift Card Number.

Activities Tab

The Activities tab of the Gift Card Details screen displays the transaction history for this Gift Card. This tab shows purchases made using the Gift Card, as well as other system actions, such as linking the card to a Member Profile, activating the card, or manually adjusting the card's balance.

Note: For a list of all Gift Card transactions across all Gift Cards, see the Gift Card Transactions screen.

Also from this tab, you can manually link (or unlink) this Gift Card to a Member Profile. See Link or Unlink a Gift Card for more information.
